Westchester County’s Household Recycling Days

Provides information and dates for Westchester County’s comprehensive recycling
program, which covers:

  • White waste (such as refrigerators, stoves, and washers)

  • Expired or unused pharmaceuticals

  • The Mobile Shredder (offers shredding services for personal documents)

Maxwell Avenue Facility

The Maxwell Avenue Facility accepts drop-offs of the following:

  • Household garbage

  • Rubbish

  • Organic waste

  • Paper and plastic recycling

Weekdays (except Wednesdays), 8:00am - 3:00pm

Closed on Wednesdays

Saturdays, 8am - 11:45 am

Residents will be asked to verify residency in either the Village of Larchmont or the Town of Mamaroneck.
