In an attempt to provide easy access to property records, the Town of Mamaroneck has
implemented a property information system.

From a single web page, you can access standard property assessment information, such as:
block/lot, zoning, assessment, year built, property class, etc.

Businesses and individuals may also subscribe to additional features for a convenience fee.
This provides access to information about: tax exemptions, last sale on property (if within 10 years),
sewer districts, and customizable sale searches.

Service Request

The online service request system allow residents to request services/ report issues such as broken
sidewalks, street lights, metal pickup, etc. Residents will have the option of receiving an email once their request has been fulfilled.

This online request system will streamline the Town's process of recording, routing, and managing
requests for services that come to the various departments.

Permits and Approvals

As part of the Town's commitment to reducing paper, a new online permit system has been implemented.

Use of this system will save you a significant amount of time and effort, most importantly,
it will allow you to follow the entire application and review process right from your home or office.

From a single screen, you will be able to prepare permit applications for
all departments – other advantages include:

  • Prepare your application using an online wizard - not paper forms
  • Check the status of your application online
  • See basic property information as you prepare an application

The systems significantly shortens the preparation and review process, however please note that application forms will still have to be submitted in person.
