Violations of Town Ordinances are filed with the Town Court and prosecuted by the
Town Prosecutor. Appearances in Court are required for all Town Ordinance summons.

The Court Clerk's office, located on the second floor of the Town Center
(Rm 215), is open weekdays:
Winter Hours:
Labor Day through Memorial Day
8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Summer Hours:
Memorial Day through Labor Day
8:30 am - 4:00 pm
