How Do I … > Know if I have to appear in court?
If you have been charged with a misdemeanor offense, you must appear in court.
As far as tickets for lesser offenses, your appearance in court may not be needed. It depends on the type of ticket, and how you choose to respond to it:

(Rm 215), is open weekdays:
Winter Hours:
Labor Day through Memorial Day
8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Summer Hours:
Memorial Day through Labor Day
8:30 am - 4:00 pm
