Town Clerk

Resident-only parking permits for the Town's municipal parking lots are issued annually, based on availability. These permits remain valid from June 1 through May 31.

Every April the Town Clerk's office sends out letters to existing permit holders, giving them the option to renew by a specified date. At the end of the renewal process, any available parking permits are offered on a first-come first-serve basis.

Town Parking Lot – Facilities and Pricing – 2010/2011

LOT #1 – Town Commuter Lot
Located at Myrtle Blvd. & Vine St. near the Larchmont Train Station

DAYTIME		METER (Pay station payment of $.50/hour required from 5 am – 6 pm)

1 vehicle/1 tag – $600.00		1 vehicle/1 tag - $60.00
2 vehicles/1 tag – $610.00		2 vehicles/1 tag – $70.00

 

LOT #2 – Area Business & Overnight
Located at Myrtle Blvd. & Maxwell Ave.

Area Businesses – $60.00 a year, plus a long-term meter fee of $.50/hour, for up to 10 hours
Valid weekdays, 8 am - 6 pm

Overnight Parking – $325.00 a year
Valid seven days a week, 6 pm - 8 am

Lot #3 – Resident & Area Business
Located at Myrtle Blvd. & North Chatsworth Ave.

24 Hour Parking – $700.00 a year ($400.00 for senior 65 and older)

Area Business – $450.00 a year
Valid weekdays, 8 am - 6 pm

LOT #4 – Overnight Lot
Located at Myrtle Blvd. & Madison St.

Overnight Parking – $325.00 a year
Valid seven days a week, 7:30 pm - 7:30 am
