The Town Clerk is the custodian of all records, books, and papers, including the Town Code. The Town Code contains all currently effective legislation including local laws, ordinances, and certain resolutions of a general and permanent nature enacted by the Town Board of the Town of Mamaroneck.
Part I, Administrative Legislation
Contains legislation that deals with establishing or regulating municipal departments
and affects officers and employees of the government and its departments.
Part II, General Legislation
Contains legislation of a regulatory nature and generally imposes penalties for violations
of their provisions.
