New York State Sporting Licenses are available through the Town Clerk’s office during normal office hours.
Hunting License Requirements
To obtain a hunting license, you will need to bring:
- NYS driver's license or non-driver’s photo id
- Previous hunting license or hunter education certificate
Fishing License Requirements
To obtain a fishing license, you will need to bring:
- NYS driver's license or non-driver’s photo id

The Town Clerk's office, located on the first floor of the Town Center (Rm 103), is open weekdays:
Winter Hours:
Labor Day through Memorial Day
8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Summer Hours:
Memorial Day through Labor Day
8:30 am - 4:00 pm
