The NYS Board of Elections is responsible for the administration and enforcement of all laws relating to elections in New York State.
In order to register to vote, you must:
Be a United States citizen
Be 18 years of age by December 31 of the year in which you file this form
(Please note: you must be 18 years old by the date of the general, primary or other election in which you want to vote)
Live at your present address at least 30 days before an election
Not be in jail or on parole for a felony conviction
Not claim the right to vote elsewhere

In Person
You can register in person at any NYS agency-based voter registration center, or by visiting the Westchester Country Board of Elections, located at 25 Quarropas Street,
White Plains, NY 10601.
