Birth certificates, marriage certificates, and death records are considered "Vital Records" and are the responsibility of the Town Clerk. To request a copy of a vital record, you must file an official request, providing proof of identification and payment.
Please note that vital records will only be issued to the appropriate individual and/or lawful representation. The Town Clerk's office cannot confirm vital records over the phone, or accept requests by fax.
