Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) protects citizens' right to access public documents and records of a government agency.

The Town Clerk serves as the Freedom of Information Officer for the Town of Mamaroneck.
To request access to public documents and records, submit a completed Freedom of Information Request to the Town Clerk's Office.

The Town Clerk's office, located on the first floor of the Town Center (Rm 103), is open weekdays:

Winter Hours:
Labor Day through Memorial Day
8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Summer Hours:
Memorial Day through Labor Day
8:30 am - 4:00 pm
