The Town of Mamaroneck does not assess at 100% of market value. All properties are assessed at a median percentage of market value. This percentage is established annually by the Office of Real Property Tax Services, a division of the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance. For residential properties, the median percentage is called the Residential Assessment Ratio (RAR). For all other types of property the Equalization Rate (ER) is used.

Labor Day through Memorial Day
8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Summer Hours
Memorial Day through Labor Day
8:30 am - 4:00 pm
